This page explains which personal data is processed when you visit the MUNJA Games website, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Croatian Act on the Implementation of the GDPR.

The short version

• This is a static website. It sets no cookies and uses no local storage.
• There is no analytics, no tracking, no advertising and no social-media plugins.
• Fonts, images and videos are served from our own server. Your browser does not contact third parties when you open this site.
• The only personal data processed is what every web server needs to deliver a page (server log files), and your message if you email us.

Hosting and server log files

The website runs on a server located in Spain (EU). When you open a page, the web server automatically records technical data in log files: your IP address, date and time of the request, the requested address, the HTTP status code, the amount of data transferred, the referring page and your browser's user agent string.

We need this data to deliver the website, to keep it secure (for example to detect and block attacks) and to fix errors. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in a secure, working website). The log files are not combined with other data, are not used to build profiles, and are deleted automatically through log rotation once they are no longer needed for these purposes.

Contact by email

If you email us, we process your email address, your name if given, and the content of your message to answer you. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry concerns a possible contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete the correspondence when it is no longer needed, unless statutory retention periods apply.

Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). Just email info@munja.games.

You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. In Croatia this is the Personal Data Protection Agency (Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka, AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr.
